The Funeral of Jean Proud
The Funeral of our Museum founder, long time Treasurer and dearest friend will take place on Friday 6th May at 1pm at St Thomas Church, Cowshill. Family Flowers only, donations to St Thomas Church and The Weardale Museum.

Here we see Jean accepting a bouquet from David to mark her 2019 retirement as our Treasurer for 35 years. We owe to her a great debt of gratitude.
